The digital transformation in which we are immersed in all economic sectors and which has led to the entry of new disruptive business models in the market, has meant that there have been many occasions in which their value propositions have been intermingled, generating a certain confusion among companies.
This is the case of alternative legal service providers, the ALSPs, including Lawyers for Projects, which have a turnover of 14,000 million dollars worldwide and generate high added value for the legal sector.

The so-called ALSPs are divided into four very different segments, among which are legal process outsourcing firms or LPOs, managed legal services firms or LMS, providers of technological and/or operational solutions for legal sector, and flexible legal services firms or FLS.
