If you decide to be part of Lawyers for Projects, you will have access to a wide range of projects, ranging from remote on time assessment on a specific issue, to in-house counselling for a specific period of time with full or partial dedication.
Our clients are for the most part companies, both national and international, first level and medium-sized law firms with specific needs for specialized advice or with additional resource needs in times of high workload.
Not at all. All lawyers who collaborate with Lawyers for Projects have full freedom to collaborate with other clients while they are part of our hub, as long as this does not entail a breach of the confidentiality and conflicts of interest policies. No lawyer will be obliged to take on any project. Lawyers for Projects will do its best efforts to offer the lawyers the largest number of projects. However, Lawyers for Projects does not guarantee a minimum number of projects or a minimum income.
To the extent that the contractual relationship you maintain with this firm allows you, on our side there would be no problem. However, it is essential that the projects be managed and executed personally by the lawyer to whom they are assigned without the involvement (direct or indirect) of other lawyers or collaborators.
Yes. All lawyers who collaborate with Lawyers for Projects must have their own civil liability policy in order to cover the civil liability that may arise from the projects in which they participate.
Although Lawyers for Projects offers recurring support to its collaborators through the hub in order to maintain a high standard of quality, in no case directs nor supervises the content nor the technical opinion of their works. Once a project has been accepted by a lawyer, it must be carried out, at all times, with the utmost dedication, in order to guarantee a high standard of quality, and respecting the deadlines agreed with the client. Lawyers for Projects monitors the progress of the different projects in order to verify that they comply with the terms and conditions agreed with the client.
All our collaborators sign a framework agreement with Lawyers for Projects, who, in turn, subscribes an engagement letter with the client.
