Lawyers for Projects offers you a different and innovative way of working through which you can control the development of your career in order to work with flexibility when, how and where you want to. We provide you with the projects and you choose which ones you want to participate in.

2. What can I do to join Lawyers for Projects?

If you want to join Lawyers for Projects and you meet the necessary requirements, please send us your CV, along with a brief review of the motivations that lead you to join us. Shortly we will contact you to start a selection process, which main objective is to verify your skills and get to know you better, all with the purpose of proposing to you the projects that best fit your profile.

3. What kind of projects can I have access to?

If you decide to be part of Lawyers for Projects, you will have access to a wide range of projects, ranging from remote on time assessment on a specific issue, to in-house counselling for a specific period of time with full or partial dedication.

4. With what kind of clients can I have the opportunity to work with?

Our clients are for the most part companies, both national and international, first level and medium-sized law firms with specific needs for specialized advice or with additional resource needs in times of high workload.

5. Is exclusivity required to collaborate with Lawyers for Projects?

Not at all. All lawyers who collaborate with Lawyers for Projects have full freedom to collaborate with other clients while they are part of our hub, as long as this does not entail a breach of the confidentiality and conflicts of interest policies. No lawyer will be obliged to take on any project. Lawyers for Projects will do its best efforts to offer the lawyers the largest number of projects. However, Lawyers for Projects does not guarantee a minimum number of projects or a minimum income.

6. If I work in a law firm, can I be part of Lawyers for Projects?

To the extent that the contractual relationship you maintain with this firm allows you, on our side there would be no problem. However, it is essential that the projects be managed and executed personally by the lawyer to whom they are assigned without the involvement (direct or indirect) of other lawyers or collaborators.

7. Should I have a liability policy?

Yes. All lawyers who collaborate with Lawyers for Projects must have their own civil liability policy in order to cover the civil liability that may arise from the projects in which they participate.

8. Lawyers for Projects will review the content or the quality of my work?

Although Lawyers for Projects offers recurring support to its collaborators through the hub in order to maintain a high standard of quality, in no case directs nor supervises the content nor the technical opinion of their works. Once a project has been accepted by a lawyer, it must be carried out, at all times, with the utmost dedication, in order to guarantee a high standard of quality, and respecting the deadlines agreed with the client. Lawyers for Projects monitors the progress of the different projects in order to verify that they comply with the terms and conditions agreed with the client.

9. What is my relationship with Lawyers for Projects and with the client?

All our collaborators sign a framework agreement with Lawyers for Projects, who, in turn, subscribes an engagement letter with the client.
